Hong Kong Seafood Feast in Tuen Mun

Hong Kong seafood is a must before leaving! This was my last dinner before I headed back. 📍Sam Shing Estate, Tuen Mun (One of the most famous live seafood markets and restaurant spots) Originally, it was just my Dad and me, and we were thinking of getting 3 dishes. My Dad bumped into his friend, and the uncle already had some seafood in his hand. He gladly invited us to join! He was also thinking that only 2 people makes it hard to eat seafood, and he was showing his friend local Hong Kong food. 3 dishes turned into 8 dishes 😆 This restaurant (Hing Kee) is apparently famous for goose—something I can't eat in Brisbane. Loved both the roasted and cold versions. Mantis shrimp is one of the must-try! The steamed leopard coral grouper was so yummy 🤤 Honestly, everything was so delicious and super satisfying 👍🏻
