European Coffee Sensory Judging Experience

Head Sensory Judge Europe hosted by As Head Judge, my role was to create a common language among the judges, facilitate discussions, and maintain calibration throughout these three days and more than 700 coffees. Different perceptions, plenty of discussions, but one shared goal: to evaluate each coffee as fairly as possible. An intense and incredibly rewarding experience. One thing is certain: I learned a lot.
