My Weevil Log Discovery

Found this weevil sleeping on the log. I've been looking for a weevil for a month and finally found one! I stayed at the log for an hour, taking photos and waiting to see if it would wake up so I could capture its cute face, but it didn't. I kept walking the trail and came back to see if it was still there on the way back, but it was gone. I thought it was sleeping and trying to get through the cold weather, but it seems they just had a little nap 😂 Hopefully, I get to see one while it's awake!
