Insurance claims, leave protection for your family

❤️ Life is unpredictable. Insurance can't stop goodbyes, but it can provide a safety net for your family when it matters most.
Last month, a customer, only 40 years old, sadly passed away. Even now, thinking about it fills me with regret and sorrow. 🥹
I remember we had just been in touch a week before he passed away. I never imagined that a week later, I'd receive a call from his friend telling me he was gone.
I was utterly shocked at the time, truly unable to believe how someone I'd just spoken to a week ago could suddenly be gone...
He was at an age where he was building his career and working hard for his family, yet he suddenly left this world, leaving behind his wife and a 6-year-old child. 💔
Fortunately, he had arranged insurance coverage for himself and his partner. Now, that decision he made back then has finally come into play when his family needed it most. Today, I received the claims approval notice from Prudential, with a payout exceeding RM200,000.
Looking at this claims notice, my emotions are mixed. I've been in insurance for 23 years, and this is the third life insurance claim I've personally handled.
Every time I deal with such a case, it makes me realise even more deeply that the meaning of insurance isn't just a policy; it's a responsibility and a commitment to your family.
We always think we have plenty of time to slowly earn money, slowly plan, and slowly spend time with our families.
But no one in life can ever predict tomorrow. We don't know whether an accident or tomorrow will come first, nor do we know if today's goodbye will be our last farewell.
The only thing we can do is prepare ourselves while we still can and provide an extra layer of protection for our loved ones.
❤️ Cherish the present, cherish every precious person around you.
❤️ When it's time to be present, be fully present; when it's time to plan, plan ahead.
❤️ Don't wait until you've lost something to realise it's too late.
May the deceased rest in peace, and may the family left behind find the strength to carry on 🙏🙏🙏
Life is unpredictable, and there are no 'ifs' in life. We don't know what tomorrow holds; cherish those around you and live every moment to the fullest 🕊️
