First SCAJ experience with Regalia

Thank you!
It was Regalia's first SCAJ.
It was my first time helping out a coffee shop that wasn't in Japan or Melbourne.
All the members came from New York, USA, and had researched and prepared for the coffee shop, but I still felt that meeting in person was the most important thing.
To think there's such a warm, family-like roaster!
They were so kind to me, even though we'd just met, and that kindness was reflected in the coffee – a polite and gentle flavour. It's a miracle to have met such a roaster.
It was my first time experiencing a coffee roaster from New York, USA, and it was a good opportunity to learn about America.
Many people, including producers, roasters, and importers, stopped by the booth.
Oh, to be honest, I really want to know more about the American coffee scene now!
I'm definitely going to New York!
I wonder if I can go to the San Diego Coffee Fest too...?
Paolo, the founder, who invited me to go to a farm in Colombia together.
Ethan, who offered to teach me about the roastery and roasting.
The person who kept following up and continuously conveyed Regalia's good points by my side (I want to go see the postcards too...).
The person who brightly supported us.
It was really good to meet such wonderful people.
There were so many wonderful things outside of Melbourne too.
Through SCAJ, seeing coffee and people connect, farms and coffee roasters connect, and various things connect, I truly felt glad to have participated.
Thank you so much for choosing me.
It was four days where I could keep saying such things.
I'd be happy if I, like this, could be of even a little help.
A huge, huge, huge thank you to Hazuki-san who introduced me. If it weren't for them, I don't think I would have encountered this opportunity.
