Our first Q Instructor training map

First session as a Q Instructor! What an intense and deeply collaborative experience. Upstream, the entire Quality team worked hard on the preparation: coffee selection, roasting, cupping, workshop planning, and testing ratios and flavour standards. Then came six days of training, with daily coordination to ensure every cupping met the level required for the certification. Training Q Graders means supporting experienced professionals in becoming more structured, precise, and rigorous. It also reminds them that this title carries responsibility, requiring them to continue building their tasting discipline and contributing to knowledge sharing. A big thank you to this first group and to the Quality team. I felt exactly where I belong: serving rigour, method, and precision. Thank you for your support! 📸
