Annual Awards Ceremony, small team's achievements

I'm chuffed that last year's hard graft has started to bear a little fruit this year. At the recent Branch Annual Award Nite 2026, I was fortunate enough to bag two awards: ✨ 2nd Runner Up Top UTC – Agency Manager ✨ 2nd Runner Up Top Recruiter Six years, starting from just myself, and now slowly building a small team. Seeing my mates grow bit by bit genuinely fills my heart with pride. These achievements were never something I could have managed on my own. A massive thank you to every single team member for their perseverance and dedication. My heartfelt thanks to my GAM for their patient guidance, teaching me how to start managing my own team, and giving me invaluable direction when I was feeling a bit lost. Especially grateful to the Penang Branch Manager, who helped me analyse problems and showed me a way forward when I hit a recruitment snag. So incredibly grateful to the teachers from different branches within the company for their selfless teaching, giving me the chance to gradually grow. And to my buddies who've been fighting alongside me all the way, having someone to confide in and lean on during the tough times. Thanks to my family for their unwavering support and understanding. And thanks to my friends for their encouragement and company. Grateful to every noble person who has ever helped me in my life. It's because of you lot that I'm able to stand on this stage. This year is particularly special because my daughter also scooped two Champion awards at the Johor Bahru branch, I'm genuinely so proud of her. The road ahead is still long; I'll keep my feet on the ground, taking one step at a time, to lead the team better and go further. Agency Manager Ang Wei Rong 0189646897
