Oman's first Q Grader course finishes

Oman's first-ever Q Grader course has wrapped up! It was an intensive week of sensory evaluation, calibration, discussions, and examinations. But beyond the protocols and assessments, what truly stands out to me is the curiosity, dedication, and commitment of everyone who came together to learn. Teaching is never a one-way process. Every group brings different experiences, perspectives, and questions, and there's always something valuable to learn in return. My sincere gratitude to everyone who joined us this week for your trust, hard work, and openness throughout the process. And a reminder that I believe is worth carrying beyond any course or certification: learning is a journey, not a destination. Keep questioning, practising, and challenging what you think you know.
