My Favourite Hengqin Chinese Bistro

Amigo Bistro is one of my favourite Chinese restaurants in Hengqin, and their food does not disappoint! 🇨🇳 Their menu is rooted in the bold flavours of Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan, with their hand-shredded sea bass being the highlight for me 🐟 It's very refreshing yet packed with flavours, especially if you're a coriander lover like me! Ended the meal with a black sesame shaved ice 🍧 Very satisfied indeed! 😋
