2025
Looking back, I'd say it was a year of many challenges. And it was also a year of many encounters.
It was a year where I could feel hopeful about various things.
Three and a half years since moving to Australia.
Renting a house for the two of us,
Being able to return to Japan after three years,
Doing a pop-up in Japan,
Being able to host a festival in Australia with Japanese coffee roasters,
Being able to host a pop-up with a coffee roaster owner I respect,
Coming third in the arco competition,
Being able to help an American coffee roaster through a wonderful encounter,
Being able to go to Korea,
Being able to go to China's biggest coffee festival,
Being able to go to Shanghai Disney,
Updating CVA,
Entering brewing competitions about three times,
I was blessed with many wonderful opportunities that made me realise my potential.
I feel like there haven't been many years where I've made such strides.
Of course, I also learned a lot, studied a lot, and probably caused some inconvenience for my growth. Not everything went smoothly.
I was reminded again of how amazing human power is.
I'm full of a desire to be able to do for others what was done for me.
Thank you all so much for 2025.
I look forward to your continued support in 2026.
My goal is to make flexible decisions while enjoying change. While having clear goals, I hope it will be a year with a little room to breathe for myself.
And to be light-hearted, in my own way.
I'm still laying the groundwork, so I want to solidify it slowly.
