Report on obtaining Q Grader in Melbourne

I recently achieved one of my goals in Melbourne: becoming a Q Grader. During the six-day course, I had so much fun that I felt sad as the days dwindled. I was incredibly fortunate to take this course with such friendly, warm, and professional people. Many people helped me prepare for the Q Grader exam. To Mr./Ms. 〇〇, who taught me the differences in aromas and kindly let me use their kit; to Mr./Ms. 〇〇, who calibrated with me using the new CVA format and gave me lots of advice about Q Grader; to Mr./Ms. 〇〇, who roasted beans for different roast defects and cupped with me; to the cupping lab members who gave me opportunities for triangulation. To 〇〇, who provided the training space, and to everyone who gave me so much inspiration and learning to improve my sensory skills. I've also received a lot of inspiration and learning from many people since coming to Melbourne. And to Mr./Ms. 〇〇, the instructor, who taught me so much over the six days. Thank you so much. It's been six months since I transitioned into the coffee industry. I finally feel like this is where the real work begins. I hope to move forward, never forgetting the kindness I've received.
