MILKLAB Roasting Royal win: a big thank you

I won the MILKLAB Roasting Royal competition! Thank you so much to everyone who supported me ✨😌 To be honest, I’ve already moved on to my next stage, and my head is still spinning a bit! First of all, a huge thank you to my team for all your support, and to all the customers who always come to our shop—I truly appreciate you. It’s thanks to you that I’ve been able to roast coffee and continue improving my skills every day. I’d also like to sincerely thank [Name 1] and [Name 2] for organising and hosting this competition. Without you, I wouldn’t have even had the chance to stand on this stage. To the judges, [Name 3] and [Name 4]—thank you so much. It was a great honour to serve my coffee to such incredible judges, and I was truly happy to receive your warm words after the competition. I’m also deeply grateful to the MC [Name 5]! You kept the energy alive, brought smiles to everyone, and created an amazing atmosphere—something only you can do. Just like last year, thank you for helping interpret my imperfect English and communicating it so well to everyone. You’re truly the coolest MC! We are able to shine because of the farms that produce such wonderful coffee. I’m deeply grateful to them for making it possible for us to bring joy to our customers. And finally, the people I want to thank the most—my wife and my son. I was able to stand on this stage because of my family. While I was working and preparing for the competition, my wife took care of our son almost entirely on her own. Because of her, I was able to give my all to this competition. She also helped me with cupping, sorting screen sizes, and testing blends. Without her, I wouldn’t have even been able to participate. She is not only the best wife, but also the best partner as a barista. Thank you so much.
