Penang Sharing Session Review

It was a close call, but I successfully completed this sharing session! When I was on stage, I still felt a bit nervous and my mind almost went blank. After all, every sharing session isn't something I take for granted, but because of that, I cherish every opportunity I get to stand on stage even more. The theme of this sharing session was From Zero to Team: My Recruitment Journey. From not knowing how to articulate it at first, to being able to stand here today and share my experiences with everyone, I've truly had a lot of feelings along the way. I'm not the most brilliant one; I just organised my real journey and the experiences where I genuinely stumbled, to share and exchange with everyone. I hope my sharing can give the partners present a bit of inspiration, a bit of courage, or even a bit of action. Many times, growth doesn't start because you're ready; it's when you start that you slowly get better. Thanks to the Penang branch for giving me this opportunity, and thanks to every partner who listened attentively. I'm currently actively expanding my team and looking for like-minded partners to grow together. If you're interested in this industry, or want to understand opportunities for an additional income, feel free to contact me. In 2026, I hope everyone can grow together. Let's work hard together, break through together, and create a better future! Agency Manager Ang Wei Rong 0189646897
