A big V60 for a big coffee morning. ☕️ 🇬🇹 Today’s pour-over: Guatemala Santa Clara Estate A beautiful washed Bourbon from Antigua, with juicy plum and orange, soft hazelnut, and a refreshing watermelon character. Recipe: 36g → 600ml on the V60. Because sometimes a small cup just won’t do. And a little piece of Guatemala on the table too, bringing out some beautiful keepsakes from my country of birth, treasured gifts from some very dear friends.
