Babies' last group photo

Do you remember the first time we saw your tiny outlines on the ultrasound scan? Like a curled-up bean, yet it caused a tsunami in my heart 💓🩻 The last time I was 'united' with the babies was five months ago ❤️ I'll never forget it; the day after this photo was taken, I went for a C-section. I guess no one takes maternity bump photos in hospital. We were originally going to do a simple photoshoot that weekend 🤰🏻 but an unexpected, sudden emergency C-section happened first. My heart was incredibly excited. The due date was originally over a month away, but suddenly it was right there, in less than 24 hours. How panicked I was! But I still wanted to record this extraordinary moment of the two babies in my tummy 👶🏻👶🏻
