Kepong Aid and Rice Distribution

I was delighted to assist YB Lim Lip Eng, the Member of Parliament for Kepong, in a heartwarming community welfare activity, distributing aid and rice to disabled women in the Kepong area. Coinciding with Mother's Day, this event not only provided practical help but also expressed respect and care for these strong mothers. This aid programme aims to alleviate the financial pressure on vulnerable groups, especially in the current climate of rising prices and increasing living costs, making it even more significant. On the day, many beneficiaries came to collect the supplies with grateful smiles, which made me deeply realise how important the proper allocation of social resources and practical assistance is for vulnerable communities. I sincerely thank YB Lim Lip Eng for giving me this opportunity to contribute to the community and to witness the power of care and unity. In the future, I hope to continue participating in more similar community care programmes, working hand in hand with like-minded individuals to spread warmth and hope to more people in need.
