Wilderness Chef's Romantic Dinner Experience

We never really celebrated Valentine's Day, and I don't need an excuse to have dinner with my amazing wife. However, when the Wilderness Chef puts on meals like this, you just can't say no! The starter was yellowfin tuna, puffed rice crisp, seafood bisque, spiced edamame, pickled daikon & furikake. Super tasty! The main was very tender Berkshire Pork, caramelised fennel, white onion, apple remoulade, charred broccolini, dill & pangritata. To finish, Honey Gold Mango, vanilla bean sticky rice, raspberry, meringue, toasted coconut & walnut granola. Honestly, if you get the chance to have one of Cooper's meals, go for it! You will not be disappointed.
