🍷 Morton’s Grille Macau 🥩 This steakhouse is finally back! Sitting here, enjoying the lake view of the Macau Tower whilst savouring a delicious steak, feels incredibly special! The Porterhouse M4-5 T-bone steak allows you to enjoy both the tenderloin and the striploin at the same time. The tenderloin is soft and succulent, whilst the striploin has a rich, meaty flavour. The chef's cooking is spot on, with a perfectly seared exterior and a lovely pink, medium-rare interior when sliced, locking in all the juices! If the T-bone is too much, there are other options, such as USDA Prime beef, Australian M9 Wagyu, Korean 1++ Hanwoo, Japanese A5 Wagyu, and dry-aged steaks! The Jumbo Shrimp Alexander is springy and refreshing, with a beautifully seasoned sauce that's simply a perfect match!
