Cloud 9 Delicacy: Richmond Food Court Find

Cloud 9 Delicacy 📍4540 No. 3 Rd , Richmond, BC V6X 4E4 8/10 ⚠️Cash only Parking available! It's located in a Richmond food court, so it might feel a bit intimidating to enter, and you might wonder if you've stepped into China, but it's truly delicious and affordable! By the way, the previous restaurant, Sang's Kitchen, had a rather strong-smelling offal noodle dish.
