A few bits and bobs from my trip to Hong Kong

.✦ ݁˖ Sure enough, when I see cute things, I still automatically stop. 🤍 .✦ ݁˖ On the way back, the sky outside the window was super pretty. One minute pink 🩷 the next orange 🧡 But I couldn't look for too long, I was too tired. I just fell asleep on the plane. 🫠 .✦ ݁˖ And some souvenirs I took photos of in Hong Kong. Orders and numbers exploding, colleagues normal, easy to grab flights. These few are really important! But I didn't buy any. 🫠 .✦ ݁˖ Leaving Hong Kong, time to go home. Really have to go. 😭 Oh, those Stitch are so cute, and there's a gym Stitch too. 😂 .✦ ݁˖ A whole sea of clouds, so beautiful, so beautiful. So beautiful. 🥹 .✦ ݁˖ Hong Kong these past few days, 31°C ~ 33°C, feels like 41°C. 🫠 Hot, sticky. Used up a whole pack of wet wipes in a day, my hair started having a mind of its own. Very much a Hong Kong summer. 💁🏻‍♀️ .✦ ݁˖ Met a giant cat at the airport, it even moved! 🐱 .✦ ݁˖ Walking on the street, found a cute truck surrounded by cuteness. 🚚 Wonder if the driver looks fierce on the surface, then is a big uncle with a contrasting cuteness. 👺😚 .✦ ݁˖ On closer inspection, they're all pigs. 🐷 The car's rearview mirror also has cute stickers. 😂 And next to it, there's a durian doll. Malaysia collaboration (?). .✦ ݁˖ On the eve of departure, just caught the city putting up a typhoon signal. 🫪 Outside, it was stormy, the wind was incredibly strong. People on the streets were rushing home, the city seemed to be slowly preparing to shut down. Then my umbrella almost flew away, though I didn't fly away (because I ate so much 😂). The flight was almost cancelled!!! (If it was cancelled, would I have stayed a few more days? 🌚) But it was strange, even though everyone was rushing, in certain moments, time seemed to suddenly slow down. The wind was strong, the rain was heavy, but at that moment, everything seemed to quieten down. 🍃 .✦ ݁˖ After take-off 🛫 Getting further and further from the ground, the buildings also getting smaller and smaller, the sea slowly becoming tiny. One second I was still wandering around Hong Kong, the next I was flying to a very, very high place.
