Melbourne Road Rage Incident

A few days ago, my partner and I encountered a road rage incident whilst driving. The entire process, from the initial road merge to the other driver getting out of their car and walking over, even pulling open our car door and attempting to snatch my phone, was all recorded on video. Afterwards, we immediately went to the police station to report it, and also lodged a formal complaint about the police's initial handling of the matter. The police have now officially recorded the incident, retained the relevant videos, and stated that they will further investigate the alleged assault. Today, 7NEWS Melbourne also reported on this incident, and I gave an interview to a reporter. I'm not sharing this video to incite anyone to attack anyone else, I just want to say one thing: Whatever your grievances whilst driving, it's never worth escalating your emotions into road rage. You never know what the other person on the road will do next; driving safely and handling things calmly is truly more important than anything. 🚗🙏🏻
