Baklava with Shiroan and Coffee

Please try baklava with shiroan! Shiroan is white anko, a sweetened mashed bean paste used in Japanese traditional sweets. This time, I've used Lima beans instead of Japanese white beans. On the menu: baklava, Arabic coffee, espresso-based coffee, and filter coffee. Special thanks to my Japanese sweets sensei and for the beautiful photo of the baklava!
