Our Day Retreat Map

We're running a day retreat! Michael and I have been dreaming up an experience and it's happening next weekend! This event is for our mates to come and reconnect with themselves, soak up nature's gifts, connect with like-minded people, and have deep, soul-nourishing conversations! Something I think we can all relate to is rushing from one thing to the next, always busy listening to the next podcast, scrolling the next news feed, and trying to find the next tip that might save us some sweet, precious time. This experience is designed to let you slow down, listen in to your body and your surroundings, and give you an opportunity to reset and reboot, or as we like to say, turn it off and turn it on again (haha). It's going to be amazing! Send me a DM if you're keen to come! X
