Our Community Standard
Yuno is designed for sharing, discovery, and connection. Everyone using Yuno is expected to act respectfully, follow the law, and help keep the community safe.
No Harassment or Bullying
Do not harass, threaten, shame, stalk, intimidate, or target other users. Repeated unwanted contact, coordinated abuse, and sharing someone else's private information are not allowed.
No Hate Speech
Do not attack, dehumanize, threaten, or promote hatred against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, age, or serious disease.
No Sexual Content Involving Minors
Yuno has zero tolerance for sexual content involving minors, child sexual exploitation, grooming, or any attempt to sexualise minors. We may remove content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, and report serious incidents to the appropriate authorities.
No Sexual Exploitation
Do not post, request, threaten to share, or promote sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, grooming, trafficking, or sexual abuse. We may take immediate action where content creates a serious safety risk.
No Illegal Content or Activity
Do not use Yuno to promote, organise, sell, or request illegal goods, illegal services, violence, exploitation, or criminal activity. Content that violates applicable law may be removed and reported when required.
No Violent Threats
Do not threaten violence, praise serious harm, incite attacks, or encourage others to hurt themselves or another person. Credible threats may be escalated to appropriate authorities.
No Scams or Deceptive Behavior
Do not use Yuno for fraud, phishing, fake giveaways, investment scams, romance scams, fake support accounts, or other attempts to mislead or exploit people.
No Spam
Do not post repetitive, irrelevant, automated, or misleading content. Do not manipulate engagement, create bulk accounts, or use Yuno to send unwanted promotional messages.
No Impersonation
Do not pretend to be another person, brand, organisation, public figure, or Yuno representative. Fan, parody, or commentary accounts must be clear and must not mislead users.
Respect Privacy and Intellectual Property
Do not share private information without permission, including phone numbers, addresses, identity documents, or private images. Only post content you have the right to share.
How to Report Content
If you see posts, profiles, messages, or behaviour that may violate these Guidelines, use the in-app report option where available. Users can report both posts and users. You can also contact support at hello@yuno.au with details, screenshots, links, usernames, and any other relevant information.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit visibility, disable features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these Guidelines. We aim to review reports and take necessary action within 24 hours of receiving them. Enforcement decisions may consider context, severity, frequency, risk of harm, and applicable law.
