Who These Terms Apply To
These Organiser Terms apply to any user, business, organisation, host, promoter, venue, instructor, or other person who creates, publishes, sells, organises, manages, or receives payouts for a paid activity through Yuno.
These Organiser Terms form part of the Yuno Terms and Conditions. If there is a conflict, the Terms and Conditions apply first, followed by these Organiser Terms, unless Yuno expressly states otherwise in writing.
Your Role as Organiser
Unless Yuno clearly states otherwise for a specific activity, you are the organiser and seller of the activity. You are responsible for the activity, the listing, attendee communications, venue arrangements, permits, safety, accessibility, cancellation handling, refunds required by law, and compliance with all applicable laws.
Yuno provides the platform, discovery, booking, communication, moderation, payment facilitation, support, and related tools. Yuno is not the organiser, host, venue, employer, agent, insurer, or safety provider for your activity unless expressly stated otherwise.
Accurate Listings
You must ensure each listing is honest, accurate, complete, and not misleading. This includes the price, date, time, location, host, capacity, inclusions, exclusions, age limits, accessibility information, safety requirements, refund rules, entry conditions, and any licences, qualifications, or restrictions that matter to attendees.
You must promptly update the listing or notify attendees if important details change. You must not create fake activities, oversell capacity, misrepresent demand, misrepresent your authority to sell tickets, or use Yuno to collect money deceptively.
Lawful Authority, Permits, and Insurance
You must have all rights, permissions, venue approvals, permits, licences, registrations, qualifications, insurance, and legal authority needed to offer and deliver your activity. This may include requirements for food, alcohol, fundraising, raffles, gambling, transport, accommodation, children, health, fitness, professional advice, public performance, music, photography, or high-risk activities.
Yuno may request evidence of your authority, identity, business details, insurance, permits, or safety arrangements before or after a listing is published. Yuno may refuse, remove, restrict, or cancel activities where information is missing, inaccurate, or creates legal, financial, safety, or reputational risk.
Safety and Attendee Care
You must take reasonable steps to provide a safe, lawful, and respectful activity. You are responsible for venue suitability, capacity, emergency planning, crowd management, supervision, accessibility information, age restrictions, equipment, weather planning, and any health or safety instructions that are reasonably necessary.
You must not list activities that create a serious risk of harm, exploit attendees, encourage unlawful behaviour, or require attendees to participate in unsafe or undisclosed risks.
Restricted and Prohibited Activities
You must not use Yuno to offer illegal goods or services, unauthorised ticket resale, gambling, sexual services, exploitative fundraising, weapons, drugs, dangerous stunts, scams, misleading investment opportunities, or activities that violate Yuno's Community Guidelines.
Highly regulated activities may require Yuno's prior approval and must not be listed unless you have all required licences, permissions, insurance, and legal authority.
Payments, Payouts, and Verification
Payment processing and payouts may be provided through Stripe, Stripe Connect, or other third-party providers. To receive payouts, you may need to create or maintain a connected payment account, complete identity or business verification, and provide bank account, tax, ABN, GST, and other information required by Yuno or the payment provider.
Yuno may deduct Yuno fees, payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, adjustments, taxes on Yuno fees, and other permitted amounts before paying the net amount to you. Yuno may delay, withhold, cancel, or reverse payouts where reasonably necessary to manage refunds, chargebacks, suspected fraud, policy violations, legal obligations, payment provider requirements, sanctions or screening obligations, or risk to users or Yuno.
Taxes, GST, and Records
You are responsible for setting lawful prices and for all tax, GST, income tax, invoice, receipt, ABN, business registration, record keeping, and reporting obligations that apply to your activities, sales, and payouts, unless Yuno expressly agrees otherwise in writing or is required by law.
If you are registered or required to be registered for GST, you are responsible for ensuring that your prices, tax invoices, receipts, and activity listings comply with GST law. If you are not registered for GST, you must not represent that GST is included or issue tax invoices for GST unless legally permitted.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes
Your cancellation and refund rules must comply with the Yuno Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer protection laws. You must not state or enforce a no-refund rule where a refund or other remedy is required by law.
If you cancel an activity, materially change it, cannot safely or lawfully deliver it, or provide misleading activity details, Yuno may refund attendees, suspend payouts, recover refunded amounts, recover chargebacks or payment provider fees, restrict your features, or take account action.
No Off-Platform Payment Evasion
You must not use Yuno to advertise paid activities and then pressure or require users to pay off-platform in a way that avoids Yuno payment rules, creates fraud or safety risk, misleads attendees, or undermines Yuno's ability to provide support, refunds, moderation, or payment records.
Tickets, Transfers, and Resale
You must only issue, honour, transfer, or resell tickets as permitted by Yuno features, your listing, venue rules, and applicable ticketing laws. You must comply with applicable ticket resale and anti-scalping laws, including rules that may apply to declared major events or protected events.
Attendee Information and Privacy
You may receive limited attendee, booking, or attendance information so you can manage the activity, verify tickets, provide entry, communicate service-related updates, and handle attendee support. You must use that information only for the relevant activity and handle it lawfully, securely, and consistently with the Yuno Privacy Policy.
Yuno Review and Enforcement
Yuno may review listings, request information, remove or restrict activities, cancel bookings, issue refunds, suspend payouts, limit paid activity features, or suspend accounts where needed to enforce Yuno policies, protect users, comply with law, or manage financial, safety, fraud, chargeback, regulatory, or reputational risk.
